About Us

Pearl’s Bagels & Bakery was developed by a wife, husband, and daughter (aka “Bagel Babe”) team as a solution to our neighborhood’s lack of quality quick-service breakfast and lunch options. Much like our bagel dough, Pearl’s was crafted with love, patience, refinement, and our community in mind.

We serve scratch bagels, challah, baked goods, sandwiches, soups, cream cheese, and more. We are located in Crestwood Plaza, located at 16 Picotte Drive, Albany, NY, 12208.

We live here and we want to be the positive change  (and offering) we want to see in our neighborhood. We also want to reinstate “community” in our neighborhood. In our transactional, convenience-based world; we want to be your happy REAL LIFE pause. We don’t rush the process; we’re a scratch-bakery that encourages you to savor each bite.

BAGELS

Our small-batch bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, and baked. Our vegan recipe is a hybrid of Old New York and Montreal style, with our twist on it. We’re crispy on the outside, with a soft, light interior. Each batch takes 16 hours to perfect, which means that once we run out; we’re out.

This is just one of our unique takes on a dough that we fell in love with. These are our six original sweet options and they can be enjoyed as a breakfast option, dessert, or sandwich. We’re always creating something new, whether it be Challah Cinnamon Buns, Stuffed Honey Butter Rolls topped with Cream Cheese Frosting, or our Breakfast and Lunch Megas. The best way to get your hands on them is to stop in!
