Pearl’s was developed by a wife, husband, and daughter (aka “Bagel Babe”) team as a solution to our neighborhood’s lack of quality quick-service breakfast and lunch options. Much like our bagel dough, Pearl’s was crafted with love, patience, refinement, and our community in mind.

Our small-batch bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, and baked. Our vegan recipe is a hybrid of a Montreal and Old New York style bagel; we’re crispy on the outside with a soft, light interior.
