Hours: Tuesday – Sunday; 8pm-4am

Our goal is to create exceptional, consistent, and seasonal products. Our bakers will make and bake all pastry items listed on our menu as well as seasonal additions. Our bakers are team players with a sense of humor. This is a start-up bakery, you need to be flexible, easy-going, resilient, and ready to take on anything that may be thrown your way.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  •  ​Assisting lead bagel roller with rolling bagels at night

  • Making and baking cookies, brownies, rugelach, Challah, ​muffins, and other products from scratch 

  • ​Inventory Management of all ingredients to make items ​

  • ​Storage Management of all dry and cold goods, must keep workstation(s), and equipment used in the process while making items

  • Sanitation Management for all items, workspace, and space used

  • Must be motivated, self-starter, who can work efficently and effectively on their own.
Equipment Management:
  • You must maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment after use
  • Able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Able to follow direction, receptive to feedback
  • Able to work overnights/early morning hours, weekends, & some Holidays
    Catering Orders for Bread and Pastry
  • Must have baking and pastry experience, kitchen experience preferred
  • Must be an extremely sanitary individual who wears a mask and gloves and follows OSHA Health Codes and CDC Guidelines at all times
  • Must work well with others, positive attitude, and flexible
